As the Business Operations Analyst, Emma assists the management team with Firm Operations focusing on data driven decision-making practices. In addition, she manages the Firm's recruitment efforts, internal training program, and attorney and staff professional development. She is also a member of the Firm’s DE&I Committee.

Emma graduated magna cum laude from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. She received a BS in Business Administration with a focus in International Business alongside a double minor in Peace and Justice Studies and Spanish.

In her free time, you can find Emma exploring the outdoors, spending time with her family and dreaming up her next travel plans.
