Dante’s practice primarily focused on workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, employee theft or misappropriation, and similar workplace issues under both California and federal law. Since part of his practice involved corporate disputes, and issues regarding attorney-client privilege for in-house and outside corporate counsel, he’s well versed on the laws and protocols investigators must know for establishing and maintaining privilege.

His clients came from highly diverse backgrounds and circumstances. They ranged anywhere from job applicants to celebrities to high-level executives at Silicon Valley’s largest companies. He’s also handled highly sensitive and complex issues involving public figures and individuals whose reputations depend on and require the highest levels of confidentiality. To that end, Dante developed early on in his career the necessary care and responsible protocols for safeguarding information that could damage—or even end—his clients’ success and careers.

Part of Dante’s employment practice involved working with clients whose issues were nationally recognized controversies unfolding in real time. These issues required promptness, coordination, and communication with and on behalf of the clients. Dante developed these skills and applied them through all of his client interactions.

Dante’s legal experience and expertise guide his investigative approach. He believes investigations should be meticulously conducted in a highly organized and calculated fashion, upholding neutrality, confidentiality, and accuracy throughout the process. Dante understands both the utility and risks associated with workplace investigations, and his investigative approach reflects and balances those two realities. Workplace investigations are equally overwhelming and time-sensitive for employers. Dante works adamantly to ease these burdens so the employer can make informed decisions in a timely fashion.

Dante also understands the human element of employment law. Almost everyone is or was an employee. People’s livelihoods depend on their employment. Workplace investigations can be stressful and intimidating, so Dante always approaches interviews and interactions with understanding and empathy for all parties involved. Dante believes showing empathy and understanding in witness interviews is equally as important as delivering a neutral and accurate final investigative report.

Dante graduated in 2015 with a B.S. in Chemistry from UCLA. He went on to earn his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2019. He currently sits on the board of the Marin GATE Academy, a school for cognitively gifted students who learn at an accelerated pace through an inquiry-based teaching model.
