She has conducted workplace investigations regarding sexual harassment, all forms of harassment and discrimination based on protected classes, retaliation, wrongful termination, bullying, and other workplace misconduct. Aman is adept at navigating multifaceted investigations with multiple allegations, complainants, and respondents, ensuring every case is approached with thoroughness, impartiality, and a commitment to delivering comprehensive, well-founded outcomes.

Before focusing exclusively on workplace investigations, Aman engaged in work covering all aspects of labor and employment law. Her experience includes litigation—where she honed her ability to analyze facts critically through taking and defending depositions, managing discovery, and handling legal motions.  She has also provided legal counsel on DFEH and EEOC complaints, conducted multi-state legal research, represented clients in Labor Commissioner hearings and Workers’ Compensation defense, and led sexual harassment training sessions for employees and management. This broad legal background enhances her investigative work, allowing her to approach each investigation with an understanding of employment law and legal procedures.

Aman earned her J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2017, graduating Order of the Coif with great distinction. While at McGeorge, Aman served on the Moot Court Honors Board, competing in national moot court competitions, and earning the distinction of Top Oral Advocate in Global Lawyering Skills II, among her second-year class. She also received multiple Witkin Awards for achieving the highest grades in several courses while at McGeorge.

In addition to working as an employment attorney, Aman is an Adjunct Professor of Law at McGeorge, where she teaches Global Lawyering Skills III, a class that focuses on teaching second year law students persuasive writing and how to engage in oral argument.

Aman is licensed to practice law in California.
