Jennifer Maguire
Chief Operating Officer
Jennifer is the Chief Operating Officer at Van Dermyden Makus, where she works closely with the Firm’s Senior Partners and contributes to the strategic direction.
As COO, she oversees the day-to-day operations for the Firm, which includes management of Human Resources, Marketing, Informational Technology, Finance, and Real Estate functions. Jennifer received her MBA from Golden Gate University in 2011 and earned an undergraduate degree from UC Davis in 2001.
Prior to joining Van Dermyden Makus, Jennifer worked for a Southern California based law firm that specializes in Municipal Law and before that, several law firms local to Sacramento. Jennifer brings a unique perspective to her COO role, having spent the past 19 years working in a variety of departments for law firms small and large.
