As the Program Director for VM Mastered and T9 Mastered, Julia serves as the operations lead for these training functions. She manages the curriculum development, administration, marketing, and strategic business planning for the T9 and Workplace Investigation programming.

Julia also oversees the internal training for attorneys and professional staff at Van Dermyden Makus Law Corporation. This includes our comprehensive program for new attorneys at the Firm and ongoing professional development opportunities for our team.

Prior to joining Van Dermyden Makus Law Corporation, Julia managed professional development trainings for a variety of industries, including workplace investigations. Julia has over 10 years of experience developing curriculum and managing educational and training programs. She has her Master’s in Teaching from Marian University and her Bachelor’s in Political Science from the College of St. Benedict.

In her free time, Julia enjoys practicing yoga, jigsaw puzzles, and spending quality time with family and friends.
