VM Sponsors Sacramento LGBT Center Free Trainings
Van Dermyden Makus Law Corporation is the proud sponsor of the Sacramento LGBT Community Center Cultural Humility Training Series. Every fourth Thursday of the month at 3pm (third Thursday in November), streaming live on Facebook, the Sacramento LGBT Community Center offers public training. These free trainings help to create a region where Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ) people thrive and encourage advocacy for equity and social justice within and external to the LGBTQ+ community.

The Sacramento LGBT Community Center supports the health and wellness of the most marginalized, advocates for equality and justice, and works to build a culturally rich LGBTQ+ community. It is critical to the Center’s vision to create inclusive workplaces, public accommodations, schools and social service/health facilities where LGBTQ+ people are universally respected and affirmed.
