Nicole graduated Cum Laude from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento in 2023. Her practice focuses on conducting neutral investigations into harassment, discrimination and other workplace misconduct. She has been a fortunate member of the VM family since 2020 while she pursued her legal education at night. Nicole had the opportunity to complete an internship with VM prior to joining the Firm as an attorney and gained valuable experience from this position. She draws from her various roles within the Firm to approach investigations from a unique perspective. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and their three lovable but mischievous dogs.
