Dante’s practice primarily focuses on workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, employee theft or misappropriation, conflicts of interest, and similar workplace issues under both California and federal law. Since part of his practice involves corporate disputes and issues related to attorney-client privilege for in-house and outside corporate counsel, he is well-versed in the laws and protocols investigators must follow to establish and maintain privilege.

Dante has experience conducting investigations in both the public and private sectors. He has investigated a wide range of sensitive matters, including conflicts of interest, retaliation, harassment, discrimination, and other workplace issues involving all levels of employees and associated persons, such as Board members. His investigative practice spans diverse industries and includes cases that are often highly complex, involving both internal employees and external parties.

His clients come from highly diverse backgrounds, from job applicants to high-level executives at large companies and organizations. Dante has also handled highly sensitive matters involving public figures and individuals whose reputations require the utmost confidentiality. Over the course of his career, Dante has developed protocols to safeguard information critical to his clients' success and careers, ensuring it remains protected from exposure or harm.

Dante’s employment law practice also includes handling nationally recognized controversies that unfold in real time. These situations demand promptness, coordination, and effective communication on behalf of his clients. Dante’s ability to respond swiftly and methodically to these urgent issues has been a key component of his practice, allowing him to serve his clients efficiently and effectively.

Dante’s legal experience and expertise shape his approach to investigations. He believes investigations should be meticulously conducted, highly organized, and neutral, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy throughout the process. Dante is acutely aware of both the benefits and risks associated with workplace investigations, and his approach balances these realities. He recognizes that workplace investigations are overwhelming and time-sensitive for employers, and he works tirelessly to alleviate these burdens, helping them make informed decisions quickly.

Dante also appreciates the human element of employment law. Recognizing that almost everyone is or has been an employee, he understands that people's livelihoods often depend on their employment. As workplace investigations can be stressful and intimidating, Dante approaches all interviews and interactions with empathy and respect for all parties involved. He believes that showing understanding in witness interviews is just as critical as delivering a neutral and accurate final investigative report.

Dante graduated in 2015 with a B.S. in Chemistry from UCLA and earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2019.
