Sereena Singh

Sereena is an Attorney Investigator for Van Dermyden Makus Law Corporation.
Prior to joining Van Dermyden Makus, Sereena Singh was a partner at Hennig Kramer Ruiz & Singh, LLP. She was with the firm for over a decade of her practice. At Hennig Kramer Ruiz & Singh, LLP, Sereena represented employees in disputes involving wage and hour violations, misclassification, sexual harassment, disability discrimination, sexual orientation discrimination, discrimination based on race, whistleblower retaliation, and failure to accommodate suits. Sereena also has experience representing her clients in class action suits. In the last five years, Sereena’s practice focused on sexual harassment, sexual orientation discrimination, and retaliation. Sereena has practiced in both federal and state court. She also has extensive experience representing employees in both the private and public sectors.
Sereena received her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 2010. She received her B.A. in Political Science from UCLA in 2007. Sereena has been active in leadership roles. She served as the Vice Chair and Chair of the California Employment Lawyers Association Women’s Committee. Sereena also served on the Board of Governors for the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles as a former Co-chair of the Employment Law Committee and Diversity Committee.
