Sue Ann Van Dermyden and Eli Makus are speaking at Berkeley Center on Comparative Equality and Anti-Discrimination Law’s 2022 Conference on New Developments in Workplace Sexual Harassment held virtually January 27-28, 2022.

Sue Ann will be presenting the hour-long “Lessons from the Cuomo Investigation” on Friday, January 28 at 11:15am with moderator Amy Oppenheimer, from Oppenheimer Investigations Group, and Keith Rohman from Public Interest Investigations.

Eli Makus presents an hour-long session on “Ethical Issues in Investigations” on Friday, January 28 at 1:45pm with moderator Lindsay Harris, from West Coast Workplace Investigations, Mark Tuft, from Cooper White & Cooper LLP and Gabrielle Friedman, from Lankler, Siffert, Wohl.

The Berkeley Center on Comparative Equality and Anti-Discrimination Law’s 2022 Conference on New Developments in Workplace Sexual Harassment is a U.S. and global comparative examination of sexual harassment in the workplace, focusing on skills for litigators, advisors, investigators, and human resource professionals.
