Conducting Workplace Investigations - a new course at McGeorge School of Law

Van Dermyden Maddux Law Corporation’s founding and senior partner, Sue Ann Van Dermyden, has become an adjunct professor at University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law this current semester. Twenty four students are taking her class, Conducting Workplace Investigations.  The course is being taught for the first time at McGeorge, and is one of the very few being taught on this subject nationwide. Not finding a textbook she deemed on-point or prepared in a way to match her syllabus or curriculum, Sue Ann wrote her own and plans to publish it this summer.
